Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases from Vault Drip LDN (vaultdripldn.com). By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and payment

All prices are shown in euros and include the items listed at checkout. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred. An order is confirmed when we send you a confirmation email.

Shipping and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping page and returns by our Returns and refunds page. Please read both before ordering.

Product information

We try to show our products as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, and sizes are approximate.

Intellectual property

The designs, photos, text and branding on this website belong to Vault Drip LDN and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
