Returns and refunds
If you change your mind about an online purchase, you can exercise your statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. This is separate from your rights if a product is faulty or not as described.
How to request a return
Email vaultdrip@outlook.com with your order number and a clear statement that you want to withdraw from the purchase. We will provide return instructions. You must send the goods back within 14 days after telling us that you are withdrawing.
Condition of returned items
You may handle an item as far as reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary. Please include the original packaging where possible, but statutory rights are not conditional on having the original packaging.
Return postage
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when you have been informed of this before purchase, unless the item is faulty or incorrect or we agree otherwise.
Refunds
When you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (but not additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever happens first. Refunds are made to the original payment method unless you agree otherwise.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, is faulty or does not conform to the contract, contact vaultdrip@outlook.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you on the remedy required by applicable consumer law. Your statutory legal guarantee and other consumer rights are not limited to the 14-day withdrawal period.
